On December 20, 2016, a new collective commitment to preserve the Company’s shares was recorded in compliance with article 885 I bis of the French Tax Code. This commitment was signed for an initial duration of 2 years renewable by tacit agreement for an indefinite duration. On the day it was signed, the commitment concerned 7,194,503 shares, representing at least 20% of the financial rights and the voting rights.
